| The company Kopur d.o.o. adopts an established, documented and maintained system of quality management, which is constantly being improved in accordance with the ISO 9001:2000 international standard. In implementing the quality management system we identify processes, required for the system of quality management and their application in the entire organisation. The processes are constantly supervised, measured and analysed, and on this basis they are constantly improving. The introduction of the system brought a communication system which enables the flow of information from the top management to the employees and vice versa. Process owners play an important role in communication, as they represent a link between the company management and other employees. Indeed, communication within a company is crucial to an overall system functioning. For this reason, we constantly provide for current information and endeavour for an improvement of our internal communication system. The processes done for us by our outsources, or processes our company carries out for other companies are controlled and also incorporated into our system. The aforementioned activities bring about continuing improvements of the system and the conformity of our products with the demands of our customers. |
