25 Years of Connecting Green
Dear partners and friends of KOPUR,

This year, KOPUR is celebrating its 25th anniversary. When we took our first independent steps a quarter of a century ago, we didn’t have all the answers - what we did have was the will, the knowledge, and, most importantly, people who believed we could succeed.

A quarter of a century ago, the business environment was vastly different from today. The entrepreneurial climate was significantly more uncertain, technological changes occurred slowly, and both domestic and international markets were undergoing rapid transformation. Progress was only possible through a bold and clear vision. At the heart of our efforts were Green Thinking and innovation, i.e. to develop products that improve people's quality of life while respecting nature. The courage to embark on this path, and the determination to persist despite the challenges, laid the foundation of our company.

Our first programs and products were simple, yet still of high quality. Over the years, we have learned that continuous investment in research, development, and improvement - both technological and procedural - is essential. By introducing additional programs, we ensured that Kopur d.o.o. became a synonym for reliability and innovation. Today, we proudly market more complex products, integrated into the most prestigious vehicle brands and known for their outstanding acoustic insulation properties.

We are particularly proud of our move to new business premises a few years ago. These facilities allow us to operate more efficiently while enhancing employee satisfaction. The increased capacity and modern infrastructure have also contributed to stronger collaboration with partners and provide space for new ideas and ongoing innovation.

All these achievements stem from the development of our unique organizational culture, which is reflected in everything we do. The core values on which Kopur d.o.o. is built - reliability, quality, innovation, and respect for people - are embedded in our relationships, our work processes, every decision we make, and our commitment to the environment.

From the very beginning, we have been committed to building a green future. “Connecting Green” is not just a slogan - it is our lasting commitment. We connect sustainable technological solutions with the needs of society and encourage responsible use of natural resources.

Each phase of our company’s development has brought its own challenges - economic fluctuations, technological hurdles, the search for the right talent, and new market opportunities. Yet every step was worth taking, because we took it together. As a team, we built the foundation; as a company, we strengthened our reputation; and as a story, we grew and evolved.

Without all of you - our esteemed customers, suppliers, and business partners - this story would not exist. Thank you for your trust. Thank you for shaping an environment with us in which we can continue to grow for the next 25 years.
