A Safe, Inclusive and Supportive Workplace
Occupational health and safety are an integral part of our day-to-day operations. We train our employees to work safely, continuously assess workplace risks and implement organizational and technical measures to prevent accidents and improve workplace safety.
Our workplace culture is built on respect, equal opportunities, responsibility and open communication. Employee dialogue is supported through the Works Council and a yearly employee satisfaction survey, while professional training and development help our people strengthen their skills and expertise. Our principles of ethical conduct, human rights and integrity are set out in our Code of Ethics.
Building strong relationships also matters beyond the workplace. Through the KOPUR Sports Association, professional excursions and team-building activities, we encourage an active lifestyle, social interaction and stronger connections among colleagues.
Responsibility Across the Supply Chain
Responsible business practices extend beyond our own operations. We integrate social and ethical considerations into our relationships with suppliers and business partners.
We expect our suppliers to respect human rights and labour standards, prevent discrimination and reject child labour and forced labour. Our social, ethical and environmental requirements for suppliers are defined in the Quality and Purchasing Terms & Conditions.
Connected to Our Local Community
KOPUR is an active part of the community where we live and work. We support volunteer fire brigades, sports clubs, cultural organizations, projects for children and other local initiatives.
Through cooperation with educational institutions and participation in career events, we connect with young people and introduce them to opportunities for gaining knowledge, practical experience and building a career in an industrial environment.
