Rebonded foam products

Products made from recycled polyurethane (PU) foam are used as acoustic / sound-insulating inserts in automotive components, home appliance, building joinery, machinery and equipment, as well as in construction applications. Thanks to their excellent thermal insulation properties, they also provide effective energy-efficiency solutions for buildings.

Density: 100–350 kg/m³
Shape: 2D (punched) or 3D (formed)
Colour: multi-coloured or black (anthracite)
Thickness of 2D products: 5–100 mm, depending on material density
Special versions: PU film lamination, self-adhesive application tape
Material: rebonded polyurethane (PU) scrap foam
Recycling processes: PU foam shredding and foam cutting

Verified Recycled Content

The primary input material used in the relevant products consists entirely of recycled material, while the finished products contain 96% recycled content. This has been verified by an independent external verification body in accordance with ISO 14021:2016.
