From Industrial Residues to Serial Production
Our approach goes beyond recycling. We transform recycled raw materials and industrial residues into advanced materials and composites with acoustic, thermal, mechanical, fire-resistant and other functional properties.
Each solution is engineered around the specific application and customer requirements, then optimized for reliable and repeatable serial production.
We also return residues from our own manufacturing processes back into production and continuously explore new ways to turn other industrial residues into valuable materials and products.
High Recycled Content. Low Carbon Footprint.
Across most of our product groups, recycled content exceeds 90%. Products made from recycled PU foam contain 96% recycled material, FonKo 92%, KOPURsoft rubber floor tiles 94%, and Sound Supreme Board insulation panels 95%. Environmental self-declarations for these product groups are independently verified in accordance with ISO 14021, providing customers with reliable and transparent data on recycled content.

We manage our environmental impacts through an ISO 14001-certified environmental management system. We monitor key environmental indicators, set measurable objectives and continuously improve our environmental performance through targeted actions.
Reducing Our Corporate Carbon Footprint
We regularly monitor our organizational carbon footprint and reduce Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions through energy efficiency measures, the electrification of manufacturing processes and more efficient use of resources.
100% Renewable Electricity
We generate part of our electricity with our own solar power plant and source the remainder from renewable sources. As a result, 100% of the electricity used in our operations comes from renewable sources.
Environmental criteria are also integrated into our supplier relationships, encouraging responsible practices and more sustainable resource use throughout the supply chain.
