Custom Furniture Development – from Idea to Production

A project can start with an idea, sketch, CAD model, sample or technical specification. Together, we develop a solution that meets design, functional and manufacturing requirements. When required, we can take responsibility for product design and engineering, material selection, prototyping, testing, development of dedicated tooling and preparation for serial production.

Materials and Manufacturing Technologies

We combine recycled and technical materials with advanced manufacturing processes and adapt each solution to the requirements of reliable serial production. Key technologies include thermoforming, CNC cutting, laminating, sewing and adhesive bonding, enabling the production of complex 2D and 3D shapes and the combination of different materials.

For projects where sustainability is particularly important, we can also develop solutions using recycled PU foam and other materials with a verifiable recycled content.

Acoustic Solutions for Interiors

Where required by the application, the appropriate choice of material, structure and geometry can improve sound absorption and acoustic comfort. Sound absorption measurements and graphs are available for selected materials, including FonKo and recycled PU foam products.
