Company KOPUR d.o.o. has successfully secured co-funding through the public call “Incentives for the Digital Transformation of SMEs (P4D 2025)”.
A comprehensive digital transformation includes:
- upgrade of EDI data exchange to the new VDA stgandard
- enhancement of CRM/ERP system with customer satisfaction surveys
- implementation of a BI system with a quality monitoring dashboard
- deployment of an AI platform for predictive maintenance
- upgrade of the document management system through automatic OCR recognition
- introduction of a new documentation system
- integration of a MES system into production
- investment in employee training
- strengthening of cybersecurity through SIEM, IDS/IPS, and EDR/XDR solutions
