In pursuit of our goal to become a Smart Factory, we are carrying out digitization of our Production, which includes improvement of all business processes in the company.

Project title: Improvement of Business Processes in KOPUR d.o.o.
Project acronym: IPA-DIGIPRO

Purpose: to learn about and adopt the latest process management methods in automotive industry
Objective of the production digitization project: paperless operation, total material process traceability, simplification of particular data and inventory collection processes, and real-time OEE.

The consulting started on 13 February 2017 and is expected to end by 15 September 2017.

The investment is co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union under the European Regional Development Fund (www.eu-skladi.si).
